For iOS devices
On the Chats screen, tap More icon at top right corner > Tap “New Chat” > Select friend to start Chat.

For Android devices
On the Chats screen, tap “+” button on low right hand corner > Tap “Add Chat” > Select friend to start Chat.

You can send text, audio memos, photos, video, files in the messages.
