Please follow the steps below on your mobile device to share the debug logs.

iPhone /iOS devices
In OpusChat, tap Settings icon > “ Share Diagnostic Data” > Select the dates > “Send”.


Android devices
In OpusChat, tap the icon on the top right corner > “Settings” > “ Share Diagnostic Data” > Select the dates > tap tick icon .
