Please follow the steps below to check whether push notification is enabled for both your device and OpusChat.

To check the system settings of your device

For iPhone (iOS devices):
Go to Settings > Notifications > OpusChat
Make sure “Allow Notifications” and “Badges” are turned ON and all options of “Alerts” are selected.



For Android devices:
Go to System Settings > Notifications > OpusChat, make sure all sections are turned ON.

To check the Notifications settings inside OpusChat app

Check the persona’s settings
Go to Dashboard, go to the Persona you wish to Edit > tap iOS / Android icon on top right corner > Notification Settings > Please make sure “Mute” is turned off.
